AmCraft Manufacturing offers a variety of 13 oz lightweight vinyl material for use in the fabrication of light weight vinyl products. One such material is a 13oz textured matte finish laminated vinyl that is made with a polyester mesh scrim that has vinyl laminated on both sides. The mesh scrim gives the material a strong, rip preventive quality and overall high tensile strength. This material offers mildew resistance, water resistance, abrasion resistance and is tear resistant.
Many of our vinyl products use a combination of heavy sewing and heat sealing services to better shape and conform to custom sizes. Our sealing processes provide an air tight,fluid proof seal for products that are inflatable. AmCraft offers quality 13 oz lightweight vinyl materials as an option for all their fabrications. Other weights, such as 14 oz lightweight vinyl material and 18 oz lightweight vinyl material are also available.
