Industrial Curtain Walls are used as warehouse curtains for a variety of applications. A warehouse curtain enclosure is installed within distribution facilities, manufacturing plants, as research and development cleanrooms, and to isolate work areas that require temperature and humidity control. A retractable curtain offers worker and work area protection from dust and debris, for chemical and vapor containment and for use in maintenance and work bay areas. Warehouse curtains are installed as either a custom made ceiling to floor unit, or as curtain panels mounted to a track with split curtain or strip door access. The panels connect with sewn velcro edges to form a continual curtain wall within a large or unusual shaped area.
Warehouse Curtain Enclosures are generally a custom made work area, used to enclose a space for a specific purpose. The products in this area are contained in a sectioned off warehouse to eliminate infiltration of outside elements and to maintain a sealed room to contain loose air bourne particles.
Divider Curtains
Warehouse Divider Curtains are an economical way to separate work areas and provide flexibility for the work space. Our divider curtains are available in many colors to match your décor and come in stock and custom sizes. Divider curtains are used in dock door areas, welding or woodworking areas and within a warehouse space to separate goods for ideal storage. Divider curtains are retractable and movable offering flexibility in its use and configuration.
Insulated Warehouse Curtains
AmCraft insulated curtains are fabricated using 14 or 18 oz vinyl or 14 oz coated fabrics, each providing insulation for cold storage facilities. Our curtains are available in panels that attach with velcro to conform as a curtain wall to fit any size any size room, as curtain doors for cold storage trucks and entry ways, and to isolate a specific area for temperature and humidity control. Our curtain walls are attached to roller track or motor track systems to move or rotate heavy curtains for greater flexibility. AmCraft uses materials that are fire resistant, hazmat safe, moisture repelling and are easy to clean. Insulation is available in 2”, 4” or 6” inch thick fiberglass material and our sound barrier curtains are manufactured using mass loaded vinyl, in various thicknesses.
Partition Curtains
Separate workstations with retractable curtains that are stationary or can be attached to a metal frame with casters for mobility in the shop. Partition curtains are constructed of panels that attach to another curtain or wall, and from any height. Movable partitions are available as panels where as the frame attaches to each other, providing a one, two or three wall system that opens on circular hinges and closes flat for easy storage.
Strip Curtains
Vinyl strip curtains are an economical and effective way to maintain infiltration and temperature control through an area where access is required. Our strip curtains are easy to hang and are easily replaced. Ribbed strip doors reduce static electricity and magnetic edge strips create a secure lock after passage. Clear is the most used for visibility but tinted colors, or a mixture of both are also available.
